Expense Tracker & Planner is built privacy-first: your financial data belongs to you and stays on your device. This page explains exactly what that means.
Data collection
Expense Tracker & Planner does not collect, transmit or store any personal data on external servers. All information you enter — transactions, budgets, accounts, categories and notes — is stored locally on your device only.
No account required
The app works without registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other identifying information.
Offline by design
The app functions entirely offline. It does not require an internet connection and does not send your financial data anywhere.
App security
You can protect the app with Face ID, fingerprint or a PIN. Biometric verification is handled by your device's operating system; biometric data never reaches the app or leaves your device.
Data export
When you export your data as PDF or CSV, the file is generated on your device and shared only through the apps and destinations you explicitly choose.
Data deletion
Because all data lives on your device, deleting the app removes your data. You can also erase data from within the app's settings at any time.
Children's privacy
The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
